Amazon Paid $16 Million In Germany

German operating unit of Amazon.com Inc, an internet retailer paid the tax of an amount of 11.9M Euros, i.e., $16 million.

After North America, Germany is the biggest market of the Amazon as per its annual report.

According to the Amazon, for booking of future sales, it had introduced changes in Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Italy from 1st May.

This arrangement may lead Amazon to pay more tax in the future as said by experts.
