Submission Process

Organizations interested in managing the event must submit an expression of interest, along with a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The deadline for submitting the NDA is 17th February 2025 at 11.59 PM. After the NDA submission, the Request for Proposal (RFP) document will be provided. This document outlines the detailed requirements and expectations for the event organizer.
