Atlassian Community Kathmandu (ACE Kathmandu) successfully hosted the Atlassian Community Conference 2026 in Kathmandu, bringing together developers, project managers, technology leaders, and community members from Nepal and across the globe for a day of learning, collaboration, and innovation.

Held at the Kathmandu Marriott Hotel, the conference marked the second edition of this international Atlassian-focused event in Nepal. Building on the momentum of its inaugural edition, the 2026 conference further reinforced Nepal’s growing presence as an emerging hub for technology, digital collaboration, and modern teamwork practices.
The event featured a diverse lineup of expert-led sessions, including speakers from Atlassian as well as leading Nepalese professionals, alongside panel discussions, networking opportunities, and interactive community engagement segments.
Discussions throughout the day focused on modern teamwork practices, Agile methodologies, AI-driven collaboration, and the effective use of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management, and Rovo.
Participants gained valuable insights into how teams around the world are using Atlassian solutions to improve productivity, streamline workflows, enhance service delivery, and drive innovation across organizations.

Growing Atlassian Adoption in Nepal
The conference also highlighted the increasing adoption of Atlassian tools across Nepal’s growing digital economy.
Today, Atlassian solutions are being used by IT companies, startups, banks, service organizations, and enterprise teams in Nepal to manage projects, support Agile delivery, improve documentation, and modernize service operations.
Tools like Jira are widely used by development and product teams for project and sprint management, while Confluence serves as a central hub for documentation, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. In addition, many organizations are increasingly adopting Jira Service Management to improve internal support systems and customer service operations.
The conference welcomed approximately 200 attendees, including software developers, IT professionals, product managers, Agile practitioners, and business leaders.
