Bizbell Limited has taken a step towards launching its Initial Public Offering (IPO) by signing a ‘Road to IPO’ agreement with Prabhu Capital Limited.

During the signing ceremony, Prabhu Capital’s Managing Director Ashish Gauchan and Bizbell Limited’s Founder Sushil Pokharel formalized the partnership. The event also had the presence of Hydro Empire Pvt. Ltd. Chairman Kaji Lama and Prabhu Capital’s Chief Investment Officer Durgananda Jha.
Prabhu Capital to Provide Key Advisory Services
As part of the agreement, Prabhu Capital will provide comprehensive IPO advisory services to Bizbell Limited. These services include:
Capital structuring and pricing strategy
Pre-IPO equity raising and market positioning
IPO preparation and issuance management
This collaboration aims to ensure a smooth IPO process for Bizbell, guiding the company in financial planning and investment strategies.
