So, the workforce involved in BPO shows less confidence in the assurance of their future employment status. Outsourcing companies haven’t been able to control the congestion of graduates, their unemployment and the outsourcing workforce.
Groups against outsourcing:
There can be two groups that may stand against outsourcing. A group mentioning the ignorance of domestic and national work by outsourcing company focusing on the accomplishment of third-party tasks that may lead to slowness in the national duty and administrative executions. On the other hand, some group may stand against the outsourcing company telling that available works have been directed to the third party not providing the opportunity to the available human resources.
Lack of required talents:
Outsourcing company may suffer from the lack of skillful and talented human resources required to cope up with the modern system of working and have to suffer a considerable loss. For instances, if there are people who are inexperienced in platforms to perform online tasks and transactions then BPO is not possible in that site like some of the rural areas of Nepal.
Unsatisfied outsourcing workforce:
People find the outsourcing job as not so skill developing and monotonous since it involves insignificant and tedious tasks and hence they tend to avoid working in the sectors.
High expectations form the costumes:
