The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed during a two-day event held at The Soaltee Hotel, Kathmandu, dedicated to strategic marketing discussions, brand vision alignment, and collaborative planning for BTL’s entry into Nepal.
The agreement appoints Limbic Advertising as the official brand consulting and advertising partner for BTL in the Nepali market. This marks a rare moment where a major Indian conglomerate has directly onboarded a Nepali agency to handle its full-scale marketing operations.
Present at the signing were Mr. Naveen Bajaj, CEO and Director of Bajaj Tubes Limited, and Mr. Prince Bajaj, COO and Director of the group, who traveled to Kathmandu to personally formalize the partnership with Limbic Advertising Company.
“Our goal is to ensure that BTL’s innovative product range reaches every Nepali household with strong brand positioning and impactful visibility. We trusted Limbic for their strategic and insight-driven approach,” said Mr. Naveen Bajaj
Limbic Advertising will lead the brand’s market entry, including strategic positioning, advertising campaigns, local influencer engagement, point-of-sale branding, and overall brand consultation.
“Being directly trusted by such a reputed Indian group is an opportunity and responsibility for us. To help consumers understand the true value of the product, we will deploy a balanced approach of strategy and creativity. We’re thrilled to deliver standout campaigns—thanks to their clear input and the creative freedom they’ve given us,” said Ms. Pragya Sharma, Managing Director of Limbic.
BTL’s extensive product range, including televisions, air conditioners, and deep freezers, is built on the foundation of technology, durability, and affordability. With Limbic at the helm of its marketing efforts in Nepal, BTL aims to deepen its market presence and deliver a refreshing alternative to existing electronics brands in the country.
