Khanal, known for his compelling narratives, the film began shooting today, Saturday, July 27, 2025, in the scenic locales of Dhunkhark, Bethanchowk, and Kavrepalanchok.

The project, which had its auspicious muhurat (launch ceremony) on Asar 26 at Gaurighat, is now in full swing. Veteran cinematographer Krishna Bahadur Thapa is at the helm of the camera, ensuring visually stunning sequences that will bring Captain Thapa’s story to life. The production schedule is set to encompass various vibrant locations across Nepal, including Kathmandu, Chitwan, Kavre, and Birgunj, promising a rich tapestry of Nepali landscapes.
