CG Motors, a leading name in electric vehicle (EV) distribution, has officially extended its footprint in Nepal by launching a diverse range of cutting-edge brands in Birgunj, with a strategic focus on Madhesh Province.

The company has partnered with Minolta Investment Pvt. Ltd. as its official channel partner for the region, reinforcing its commitment to transforming the country’s automotive landscape.

The grand launch event was graced by the Mayor of Birgunj Metropolitan City, Mr. Rajesh Man Singh, along with Mr. Rajesh Agarwal, Executive Director of Minolta Investment, Mr. Hemant Agrawal, CEO/Director of CG Motors, media representatives, and distinguished guests.

This expansion brings globally acclaimed EV brands to Birgunj, including AVATR, XPENG, NETA, AION V, AION Y, and RIDDARA, offering advanced eco-friendly mobility solutions backed by robust service support.

Each brand showcases unique features and technological advancements:

XPENG G6: A top-rated EV with a 5-star NCAP safety rating, autonomous driving technology, a powerful 190 kW motor, 440 Nm torque, and an impressive 435 km range.

AION Y: Powered by a 100 kW motor, delivering 225 Nm torque, and featuring a 61.4 kWh Lithium Iron Magazine battery with a 500+ km NEDC range.

AION V: Available in Elite and Luxury variants, offering best-in-class ranges of 520 km and 650 km respectively. The Luxury variant boasts premium features such as eight-point massage seats for driver and front passenger and a segment-first in-built refrigerator.

AVATR 11: Developed in collaboration with Changan, Huawei, and CATL, this premium EV is equipped with a 190 kW motor, a Snapdragon 8155 processor, 21-inch alloy wheels, soft-close doors, five-way massage, 12-way adjustable seats, and three high-tech screens with dual Bluetooth connectivity.

RIDDARA RD6: Built for off-road and all-terrain adventures, it offers 225 mm ground clearance, a 377 km range, 384 Nm torque, V2L capabilities, automatic bi-zone air conditioning, and six-way adjustable seats.

NETA X: Features a 185 mm ground clearance, a 500 km range, V2L capabilities, a 15.6-inch touchscreen, and six airbags. Additional highlights include a 2770 mm wheelbase, wireless phone charging, a power tailgate, and ADAS features.

To enhance customer convenience, CG Motors has introduced the CG Cares Service App, which offers 24/7 roadside assistance through the hotline +977 9707094207.

With over 21 service and spare parts centers across Nepal and access to 230+ charging stations, customers in Birgunj- Madhesh Province can now benefit from specialized service support through the CG Care facility, ensuring seamless maintenance and enhanced customer experiences.
