Citizen Life Insurance Hosts MDRT 2026 Honor & Training in Pokhara

Citizen Life Insurance has successfully organized the MDRT 2026 (Million Dollar Round Table) Honor and Training Program. The grand event took place over three days and two nights, from February 17 to February 19, 2026 (Falgun 5 to 7, 2082 BS), at Hotel Pokhara Grande in Pokhara.

Honoring Excellence: MDRT, COT, and TOT Qualifiers

The primary objective of the symposium was to recognize the outstanding performance of the company’s top leaders. A total of 70 Citizen Leaders were honored during the ceremony:

• 67 MDRT Qualifiers

• 2 COT (Court of the Table) Qualifiers

• 1 TOT (Top of the Table) Qualifier

The event also saw active participation from Senior Agency Managers, high-performing Branch Managers, and Regional Managers.

Beyond the awards, the program served as a platform for strategic discussion and professional empowerment.

Expert Training: Renowned sales coach and motivational speaker Dr. Rabin Katwal conducted a specialized session titled “The Secret of Progressive Life,” focusing on personal and professional growth.
