Citizens Bank International Limited signed an agreement with Nepal’s leading online marketplace, Daraz, to provide exclusive discounts to its cardholders during Daraz’s annual 11.11 campaign.

This partnership aims to encourage digital payments and boost online shopping by offering Citizens Bank customers attractive discounts through Daraz. The offer will go live on November 11, 2024 (Kartik 26).
According to the agreement, Citizens Bank customers shopping online on Daraz during the 11.11 campaign will enjoy special discounts. Those who pay in advance using a debit card can receive a 15% discount (up to a maximum of NPR 2,000), while credit card users making advance payments can enjoy a 20% discount (up to NPR 2,500). These discounts will be available only for a limited time during the 11.11 campaign period.
Citizens Bank has been actively promoting digital banking services by introducing various customer-friendly programs. By encouraging customers to utilize digital payment methods, the bank aims to expand the reach of digital banking across Nepal.
