Citizens Sadabahar Scheme IPO 2025: Last Chance To Invest By July 11

Under Citizens Mutual Fund, with Citizens Bank International Limited as the fund promoter and Citizens Capital Limited as the scheme manager, the first open-ended scheme called Citizens Sadabahar Scheme has received operating permission from the Nepal Securities Board.

The scheme, with a fund size of NPR 500 million and allowing Systematic Investment Plans (SIP), is open for unit sales from Ashadh 13, 2082(27 June, 2025) to Ashadh 27, 2082(11 July, 2025) during banking hours.

Unit holders can apply to purchase units through their “Mero Share” account or via C-ASBA member banks, financial institutions, and their designated branch offices. The minimum subscription is 100 units and the maximum is 500,000 units (at NPR 10 per unit), meaning a minimum investment of NPR 1,000 and a maximum of NPR 50 million. According to the financial projection, the scheme expects an average annual return of 15.10%.

Citizens Capital Limited continuously adds new dimensions in financial advisory, portfolio management services (PMS), and mutual funds to provide comprehensive financial services. The company is chaired by Mr. Rajendra Lal Shrestha and led by CEO Sabir Bade Shrestha.

Citizens Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Citizens Bank, is authorized by the Nepal Securities Board to engage directly with investors. It is co-owned by the Employees Provident Fund and respected industrialists and businessmen. The registered office is located in Batule Ghar, Dillibazar, Kathmandu.
