City Hotel Limited (Hyatt Centric) has completed the allotment of its rights shares, which were issued to shareholders registered on NEPSE up to Shrawan 26. The allotment process was concluded yesterday, on Kartik 11.
City Hotel Rights Share Allotment
The company had issued a total of 13,392,000 units of rights shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per share, in the ratio of 1:0.80 (0.80 unit for every 1 unit held). Applications for the issue were open from Bhadra 23 to Ashoj 26.

Total Shares Allotted: 11,241,582 units
Unclaimed/Unallotted Shares: 2,150,418 units
According to the Issue Manager, Prabhu Capital Limited, the refund process for applicants who were not allotted shares, or were partially allotted, will begin today, Kartik 12 (October 29), via Connect IPS to their respective bank accounts.
Auction of Unclaimed Shares
Following the completion of the rights issue, 2,150,418 units of shares remain unsold. The company has announced that these unclaimed shares will be sold through an auction bidding process in the coming days.
City Hotel will soon publish a detailed notice regarding the auction dates and procedures for interested investors.
