The Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) has distributed relief materials to those affected by recent floods and landslides caused by continuous rainfall.
The FNCCI provided food supplies to 100 households in Ward No. 6 of Mahankal Rural Municipality, Thuladurlung, and 100 households in Ward No. 7 of Godawari Municipality, both in Lalitpur district.
CNI President Rajesh Kumar Agrawal handed over the relief materials for 200 households to Lalitpur Chief District Officer Tulsi Bahadur Shrestha on Wednesday. Chief District Officer Shrestha, in turn, passed on the relief items to Dolma Maya Gole, Vice President of Mahankal Rural Municipality, and Man Bahadur Khadka, Chief Administrative Officer of Godawari Municipality.
CDO Shrestha expressed his gratitude to the CNI for providing relief to the remote areas of Lalitpur.
Also present at the event were Assistant Chief District Officer Kalpana Ghimire Nepal, CNI executive member Sandeep Sharda, Director General Dr. Ghanshyam Ojha, and other senior officials from the administration office.
