CNIYEF Nepal B2B Turkey Visit: Promoting Nepalese Youth Entrepreneurship & International Trade Opportunities

The Confederation of Nepalese Industries Young Entrepreneurs Forum (CNIYEF) has successfully conducted its first international B2B (Business-to-Business) visit to Turkey, marking a major milestone in Nepal’s global entrepreneurial outreach.

This strategic initiative was aimed at promoting Nepalese entrepreneurship, fostering bilateral business relations, and exploring investment opportunities across multiple sectors.

Connecting Nepalese Startups And Businesses to Global Markets

Led by CNIYEF President Ashish Agrawal, the delegation included eight emerging entrepreneurs from key industries such as information technology (IT), construction, finance, healthcare, agriculture, tourism, and trade. The primary goals of the visit were to:

Connect Nepalese young entrepreneurs with international business communities

Promote Nepal’s startup and innovation ecosystem

Identify foreign investment and trade collaboration opportunities

Facilitate knowledge exchange and global market access

High-Level B2B Meetings In Istanbul, Turkey

During the visit, the Nepalese delegation held important B2B meetings and institutional discussions with several of Turkey’s leading business organizations, including:

Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ICOC)

TUGIAD (Turkish Young Businessmen Association)

ASKON (Anatolian Lions Businessmen Association)

MUSIAD (Independent Industrialists and Businessmen’s Association)

These interactions focused on trade promotion, joint ventures, and bilateral SME cooperation in areas such as:

Agro-processing and manufacturing

Construction and infrastructure development

Technology transfer and digital innovation

Tourism and hospitality business development

Investment in Nepalese SMEs and startups

The meetings also highlighted the investment potential of Nepal, especially in sectors aligned with sustainable growth and digital transformation.

Bilateral B2B Networking And Partnership Building

The visit enabled direct B2B networking between young entrepreneurs from Nepal and Turkey, creating pathways for collaborative business models, cross-border innovation, and mutual investment. Discussions also focused on enhancing exports from Nepal, import substitution strategies, and establishing strategic trade partnerships.
