Daraz, Nepal’s leading online marketplace, has made online shopping even more convenient for customers by introducing New Customer Drop Off Points in various parts of the country. Daraz recently announced a partnership with IME Pay through which select IME Pay hubs will now act as drop-off points for Daraz customers and will offer them a more convenient and hassle-free policy when returning a product. Customers will now be able to return any unsatisfied products by simply visiting their nearest IME Pay hub.
This is the first time that an e-commerce company such as Daraz has partnered with a FinTech company such as IME Pay to offer customers a different approach of service. This partnership aims to offer customers additional reasons to opt for a digital platform to shop while at the same time also seeks to help the eCommerce ecosystem grow.
Apart from Daraz Hubs, customers can now drop their return packages at the select IME Pay Hubs located inside and outside the valley. The location details are as follows:
- Bajra Sub Remit – Jorpati, Kathmandu
- Hello Hi Connection – Jawalakhel, Lalitpur
- Simple Sub Money Transfer – Koteshwor, Kathmandu
- PB Travels and Tours PVT.LTD – Buddha Chowk, Pokhara
- Sam Bhawi Traders – Bank of Kathmandu Building, Biratnagar
- New Birgunj Money Transfer – Bhanu Chowk, Birgunj
Along with these 6 locations, 18 more locations are scheduled to be opened by next week. The updated location list can be found here.
Furthermore, while making a return through the Daraz App, customers have the option to either call a DEX rider to pick up the product or they themselves can choose to drop off the product at the nearest Drop Off Point. And if a customer chooses a Drop Off Point, upon arrival they will be greeted by the Front Desk Operator who will brief them about all the procedures they will need to follow to complete the return process.
