Deepal S05 launched in Birgunj, Special Test Drive and Exchange Event Kicks Off

MAW Vriddhi, the official distributor of the futuristic and intelligent EV brand Deepal for Nepal, has unveiled the new electric SUV Deepal S05- an EV that perfectly embodies Luxury, Style, and Technology- in Birgunj, one of the key markets of Madhesh Province.

At a grand event held on Wednesday, Rajesh Man Singh, Mayor of Birgunj Metropolitan City; actress Niti Shah; Om Prakash Sikaria, Director of Vriddhi Group; Vivek Sikaria, Managing Director of MAW Vriddhi; Ashok Temani, President of Madhesh Province Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Hari Gautam, President of Birgunj Chamber of Commerce and Industry; and Anup Agrawal, Chairman of Deepal Novus Brothers Birgunj, jointly unveiled the all-new Deepal S05.
The Deepal S05, unveiled in Birgunj, has quickly become one of the most talked-about models in Nepal’s EV market within just a few weeks of its national launch-thanks to its exceptional luxury, design, and advanced technology.
It comes equipped with the world’s leading CATL Golden Shield Battery System 2.0, boasting a charging life cycle of 5,000 cycles (equivalent to 600,000 km).
Both front seats in the Deepal S05 are welcoming, ventilated, and heated. It also features a “Queen Co-Pilot Seat” offering Zero-Gravity posture. The SUV introduces a segment-exclusive “Remote In & Out Parking” feature, enabling drivers to move the vehicle forward or backward using just the key fob.
Another first in its class is the Augmented Reality Head-Up Display (AR-HUD), which projects live navigation and key driving information directly onto the windshield, enhancing safety and convenience.
The S05 features a 14.4-inch Sunflower Touchscreen with internet connectivity, providing a seamless digital experience.
New State-of-the-Art Showroom, Test Drive & Exchange in Birgunj
Simultaneously, a new state-of-the-art Deepal showroom was inaugurated in Birgunj. Novus Brothers Pvt. Ltd. will now handle sales and after-sales services of Deepal’s advanced EV lineup in this region.
To mark the occasion, a four-day-long Special Test Drive and Exchange Program has been launched, offering customers exclusive benefits and experiences. Visitors can test drive Deepal’s full premium lineup, including the Deepal S07 ICA (Nepal’s most connected and stylish EV), L07 sedan, ultra-premium luxury SUV Avatr 11, and the recently launched Deepal S05, which has been creating waves in the auto market.
During the exchange program, customers can receive best valuation for their old vehicles from four partnered reconditioning houses, along with cash discounts, free road tax and insurance, and a complimentary travel charger on select Deepal models.
Adding to the futuristic experience, the event also features Deepal’s advanced humanoid robots and robot dogs, showcasing Changan’s forward-thinking innovation in artificial intelligence and automation.
