Facebook had changed the application features due to which the Windows Phone is experiencing difficulties in running Facebook. Microsoft has also confirmed that Facebook is not suitable for Windows Phones due to these latest changes.
The users of Windows Phone had synchronized their account with Microsoft Outlook to use the Facebook application. The photos had been captured or kept in one drive to be shared from the Windows Phone easily. But, due to changes in Facebook features the users of Windows Phone were not be able to use Facebook.
The Windows Phone 7, Windows Phone 8 & 8.1 features like Calendar, Context, Movie Maker, Photo, Outlook, Setting, etc. were working correctly. However, the user had to face the problem while using Facebook. The difficulties were to get an update of Calendar and the photo share on Facebook from Windows Phone along with the error messages that informed the users about Facebook abandoning the support for Windows platform. Users also struggled with delayed and problematic Facebook notifications, status, and updates.
The office works got complicated due to the use of Windows Phone because the outlook web app didn’t use for 365 days. We also have to remember that among the world’s smart phone’s user, only 3 percent are Windows phone users.
However, 70 percent of mobile phone users use the Android operating system. Microsoft had started to launch a new operating system Windows 10, which will be the same OS for all desktop, mobile, and tablet platform of Windows. So, the difficulties for their user are clarified here.
