eSewa and Nepal Airlines ties up for online ticketing.

eSewa and Nepal Airlines has tied up for online ticketing of domestic and international flights. On behalf of eSewa, CEO Roshan Lamichane had signed in the agreement likewise, from Nepal Airlines General Manager Sugat Ratna Kansakar had signed in the contract.

eSewa had already started the operation of online ticketing of domestic and international flights of Nepal Airlines. Earlier, Buddha Air, Sri Airlines, Yeti Airlines, Simirik Air, Solar Airline tickets were available online on eSewa.

Recently Nepali Airlines has launched a wide-body airplane of 2400 seats. It is also believed that online ticketing will help in the expansion of the corporate market.

From now onwards, passengers can easily purchase the ticket online through eSewa said Roshan Lamichane CEO of eSewa.

By using eSewa service, the fee of Mobile, telephone, Internet, drinking water, bus, school, and colleges can be paid.

eSewa is a mobile money account. It is a digital wallet from where customers can pay, send and receive money from their mobile phone and internet, instantly.

It is in operation since 2009 and has recently been licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank as Payment Service Provider.

eSewa App is available for both iOS and Android devices, and its primary web portal is www.esewa.com.np.

Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) was incorporated on 1 July 1958 through the enactment of Nepal Airlines Corporation Act. 2019 with the following main objective to provide air transport service to any person, agency or organization who need such assistance for transportation of person or materials from one airport to another either within or outside the country.

The international destinations flights of the airlines include Delhi, Thailand, Kuala Lumpur, Hongkong, Doha, Dubai, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. It is planning to extend its flights into more other countries.
