Omstone Asia Capital Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (OACNPL)is going to establish a luxurious 5-star level hotel and resort named Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort & Spa at Dhulikhel, Nepal. Financial Closure has been concluded at the lead of Sanima Bank Ltd. and Rastriya Banijya Bank as a member on 19th February 2020. The project cost is estimated at NPR 1.27 Billion.
OACNPL shall tie-up with Dusit International for the management and operation of both components (resort and villas) of the project. Dusit International is a legendary Thai hospitality brand with over 65-years of experience in the hospitality and education sectors. Today, it is one of the fastest-growing Thai brands.
Dusit currently operates 29 hotels and resorts in 18 countries and has 52 confirmed projects in the pipeline in key destinations such as Australia, Nepal, Bhutan, China, Indonesia, Kenya, Myanmar, Oman, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Turkey, and UAE.
Sanima Bank is providing banking services from 79 full-fledged branches, three extension counter, and 79 ATM networks in all seven provinces.
