Fonepay Payment Service Limited successfully conducted its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 13, 2025 (Poush 29, 2081). The event took place at Alice Conference, Pulchowk, Lalitpur, under the leadership of Chairman Mr. Sashin Joshi.

During the meeting, shareholders approved the financial statements for the fiscal year 2023/24. These included the audited balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement, and related financial reports. The company also presented the auditor’s report for review.
