Global IME Bank AI/ML Hackathon: Digital Banking Innovation 2025

Global IME Bank is set to launch its first-ever AI/ML Hackathon focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). The competition aims to drive innovation in banking services by encouraging new AI-based solutions.

This event targets students, startups, developers, data scientists, and researchers. It provides a platform to create AI-powered banking solutions that enhance digital banking services in Nepal.

Competition Structure and Registration
The hackathon will be conducted in two phases:
Online Paper Submission: Participants must submit their ideas online by April 4, 2025, through the bank’s official website.
Onsite Hackathon: Shortlisted teams will compete in the final round on May 1, 2025, where they will work on AI-based solutions.
The best teams will win cash prizes and an opportunity to collaborate with Global IME Bank.
