Global IME and Aloi are proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at advancing green financing initiatives and fostering sustainable development opportunities.

Under this collaboration, Global IME, a leading financial institution committed to environmental responsibility, will provide financing in the form of green initiatives such as dairy, coffee, and electric vehicles. Aloi will play a pivotal role in referring and connecting Global IME with prospective clients, ensuring due diligence and needs assessments are conducted effectively.

Global IME Bank and Aloi Joined

The agreement was signed between the Head of Green and Sustainable Banking Mr. Ashim Karmacharya of Global IME Bank, and the Co-Founder and CTO of Aloi, Ms. Sonika Manandhar.

Both parties are dedicated to identifying strategic opportunities within green and sustainable sectors. Through collaborative efforts, they will streamline the introduction and advancement of these opportunities, fostering mutual growth and sustainability.

In alignment with their shared vision, Global IME and Aloi will jointly explore potential opportunities within green and sustainable sectors. This collaboration will enable them to leverage their strengths and networks, driving innovation and impactful change.

The MOU underscores both parties’ commitment to fostering a sustainable future and driving positive environmental impact through collaborative efforts.
