Global IME Bank Limited, a leading commercial bank in Nepal, has announced an invitation for reputed firms to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for a data management solution encompassing an integrated data lake and data warehouse solution.

This initiative is part of the bank’s ongoing efforts to enhance its data management capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria for the Bidder:

  • The applicant must be a firm, company, organization, or start-up registered under the applicable Act in Nepal. Alternatively, the company can be registered overseas but must have an authorized local partner company in Nepal.
  • The applicant must not have been blacklisted or de-registered by any government authorities, agencies, or public sector entities in Nepal or abroad.
  • The applicant or its partner should have demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and deploying data lake and data warehouse solutions for similar organizations, either in Nepal or abroad.
  • The applicant or its partner should have expertise in relevant technologies such as data integration tools, data governance tools, and data visualization tools.
  • A strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements is essential.
  • Proven project management methodology and a commitment to on-time and on-budget delivery are required.

Other Terms:

  • Applicants may obtain further information and EOI documents free of charge at the General Service Department, Global IME Bank Limited, Corporate Office, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Nepal, during office hours on or before July 9, 2024.
  • Sealed applications must be submitted to the General Service Department, Global IME Bank Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, by hand or courier on or before 5:30 P.M on July 14, 2024. Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted.
  • If the last date of submission falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered the last date.
  • Eligible applicants may obtain further information from the General Service Department, Global IME Bank Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
  • The bank reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reasons.
