Global IME Bank has announced its collaboration with the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF), reinforcing its commitment to sustainability.

By becoming a signatory to PCAF, the bank will measure and disclose the carbon footprint of its financed activities, aiming to enhance transparency and promote sustainable operations.

PCAF is a global alliance with over 490 financial institutions across six continents, including North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Africa. The organization focuses on assessing and disclosing greenhouse gas emissions associated with loans and investments.

This partnership marks a significant milestone in Global IME Bank’s efforts towards responsible banking and climate change mitigation. The bank will soon share more details about its sustainability initiatives and progress with PCAF.
