In an effort to enhance customer benefits, Global IME Bank Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Sigma Diagnosis Lab, offering its customers up to 40% discounts on diagnostic services.

The MoU was signed by Rupendra Wagle, Assistant General Manager and Bagmati Province Chief of Global IME Bank, and Bed Prakash Mishra, Laboratory Director of Sigma Diagnosis Lab.

As per the agreement:
- Customers using Global IME Bank debit and credit cards or the bank’s mobile banking app, Global Smart Plus, will receive:
- 40% discount on in-house diagnostic tests.
- 20% discount on outsourced services.
