Google Chrome is developed by Google which, is a cross-platform web browser. It was released in 2008 for Microsoft Windows, built with free software components from Apple Webkit and Mozilla Firefox. The Google Chrome web browser is the main component of Chrome OS, where it serves as the platform for web applications. It is the most commonly used web browser.

Chrome 91 Version:

Google has recently published a Chrome release, version 91, and it brings a slew of visual changes to websites using fillable forms and buttons. Also, a GravitySensor interface so web apps can more easily implement motion-controlled interactions. Besides all these, there are a lot of other small changes too.

The company has released Chrome 91 to the stable channel for Windows, Mac, Linux, and Chrome 91 for Android. The versions are expected to roll out after a few days or weeks. The latest version of Chrome comes with several fixes and improvements.

With the new update, the collapsed Tab Groups will take up less space and freeze pages to free up space. But it excludes tabs that play audio, hold a web or IndexedDB lock, capture video, audio, window, or display.

Chrome 91 for iOS will warn users if they enter save passwords on a known phishing site. Version 91 of Google Chrome comes with new checkboxes, text fields, buttons, select menus, and other form controls. Furthermore, it also comes with a bunch of security bug fixes too. Out of the total of 32 vulnerabilities, eight were marked as ‘High’ severity.
