The 30th edition of the HMC Nepal Hiksemi CAN Info-Tech, in association with Mercantile Office Systems, will take place at Bhrikutimandap Exhibition Hall, Kathmandu, from February 7-11, 2025 (Magh 24-28, 2025). Organized by the Computer Association of Nepal Federation (CAN Federation), the event promises to showcase the latest advancements in information and communication technology (ICT) and contribute to Nepal’s digital transformation.

With over 150 stalls, the exhibition anticipates attracting more than 350,000 visitors. Attendees can expect to see cutting-edge technologies like AI, robotics, smart gadgets, emerging tech, and product launches from leading IT and electronics companies. A dedicated Cyber Security Assistance Desk, led by Information Security Response Team Nepal (NPCERT), will also be present.
The event will also feature STEM learning demonstrations, including self-driving cars, DataBot AI assistants, and LEGO Education Kits, along with dedicated spaces for gaming, startups, and ICT accessories. E-governance and digital services will also be highlighted, including national identity enrollment and public service digitalization.

CAN Federation President Sunaina Ghimire Pandey emphasized the event’s role in showcasing Nepal’s ICT progress and its contribution to the Digital Nepal initiative. She highlighted the event’s focus on innovations aligned with local market demands. CAN Info-Tech provide a platform for ICT companies to expand their market, understand customer needs, conduct market research, and launch new products, fostering both B2B and B2C relationships.
Tickets are available online through Ticket Sansar, with general entry priced at NPR 100 and student entry at NPR 50. Free entry is available for senior citizens, differently-abled individuals, children under 10, and groups from government and community schools with official recommendations.
In addition to the Kathmandu event, regional CAN Info-Tech events are being held in Banke (Magh 10–22), Kaski (Magh 10–16), and Bardiya (Mini CAN Info-Tech, Magh 11–24).
