Hult Prize, Far-Western University, Nepal successfully conducted the “Grand Finale” of the On-campus program on March 26. This was the second time that the Hult Prize was organized at Far-Western University and various colleges of the Far-Western University and has participated in the program.
The judges on the final event of the Hult prize at Farwestern University, Nepal 2022 were Chiranjibi Adhikari Founder President at npCert, and CSRI also the secretary at CAN Federation.
For the very event, we had another judge Miss Samjhana Thapa investment lead at clock business also the founder of fashion tech brand qiodu. Similarly, Mr.Niraj Bhusal founder of Techsathi works at the ministry of finance.
Eight teams mentioned their name for the idea of pitching at the Grand Finale of the Hult Prize. With the main theme surrounding “Getting The World Back To Work” the participants pitched an idea that can solve the issues related to the employment and entrepreneurship brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. The event was filled with ideas and presentations which showcased the talent and potential of youths living in the Far-Western region.
The Hult Prize is a platform for energetic young people, motivating them to become entrepreneurs and bring about positive change in society.
Team Our Idea Our Glory was the Winner of the “Grand Finale” of the On-campus program which includes miss Mamata Pant, Deepa Joshi, Anuradha Bhatta, and Suna Chaudhary. The winner Team will represent Far-Western University in the regional venue. Team Layoff Slayers were the first runner-up. Similarly, team Bajura Badimalika as well as team Opportunity Seeker shared the second runner-up position.
The On-campus program was successfully conducted under the leadership of the Campus Director at Far-Western University Miss Muna Thapa and her organizing committee.
Hult Prize On-Campus final events are completed all over Nepal and winners were also selected on every campus to compete with universities winners for the next round.
