IME Life Insurance Company Limited has requested that policyholders who filed claims by the end of Poush submit missing documents to complete their claims.

These policyholders had earlier submitted claims but did not provide all required documentation. IME Life Insurance has emphasized the importance of submitting the missing documents within 30 days to proceed with the claims.

Missing Documents Affecting Claims

Some policyholders did not submit all necessary documents when filing their claims. Despite efforts to contact these individuals, the required paperwork has not been received. IME Life Insurance clarified that if the missing documents are not provided within 30 days, the claims will be closed, and no further processing will take place.

30-Day Deadline for Document Submission

IME Life Insurance has set a 30-day deadline for the affected policyholders to submit the missing documents. Failure to do so will result in the closure of the claims, and the company will not proceed with the process. This is the final call for policyholders to submit their required documents.

Affected Policyholders

IME Life Insurance has urged policyholders from Sunsari, Siraha, Surkhet, and Palpa to come forward and provide the necessary documents. These policyholders have been specifically instructed to contact their branch office within the given 30-day period.

Claim Files Will Be Closed After Deadline

IME Life Insurance has warned that any claims without the required documents within 30 days will be closed. The company has made a list of affected policyholders and their claim details available on its official website. Policyholders are encouraged to act quickly to avoid losing their chance for claim processing.
