Arsen Tomsky is a tech entrepreneur from Yakutia who founded inDrive, which has become one of the leading global ride-hailing and mobility platforms. Arsen started as a software engineer and gradually moved into entrepreneurship.

Working in the difficult conditions of a remote city in eastern Siberia, he developed his business development methods and ideology.
