These may be the reasons why

Fiber Breakage /Power Loss

Your FTTH Check outside might have been stretched or damaged.

Server Maintenance

We pre-inform you regarding this which takes place 2-3 times a year.

International Incident

Sometimes our international provider’s links might be down or slow. This usually takes a few hours to rectify check your customer portal for this notice.

Wi-Fi Issues

Your Wi-Fi router may have some connectivity issues or bugs. Try restarting the router. In some cases, your sessions might hang so reboot the ONU device as well.

During these cases due to an excessive number of incoming calls, our phone lines are usually busy, and so you do have the option to leave a name for a callback or kindly email at customercare@vianet.com.np, and we shall assist you accordingly.
