The ongoing IT Plaza Festival at Kamalpokhari has been extended until May 10, 2025, following overwhelming participation and positive feedback from tech enthusiasts in the capital.

Initially scheduled for a limited time, the festival has seen an unexpected surge in visitors. Organizers say the crowd turnout and demand exceeded expectations. In response, the IT Plaza Management Committee decided to continue the event for an additional period.

Tech Excitement and Heavy Discounts

The festival has energized the local tech market with a wide range of offers. Shoppers have shown keen interest in discounts of up to 80% and product-specific deals. One of the major attractions has been the MSI gaming mouse, worth Rs. 5,500, available for just Rs. 1,000.

Another key highlight is the free laptop servicing offer for the first 20 daily visitors. This deal, in particular, has drawn steady foot traffic.

The photo booth has also become a crowd favorite. Participants who click a photo at the booth and post it on Facebook are eligible to win daily prizes. Each day, five winners are announced based on their participation.

Two Bumper Prizes Now Up for Grabs

In a special announcement, organizers revealed two major bumper prizes. All customers purchasing any item during the festival are eligible to enter a lucky draw for the Acer Nitro V15 laptop.

In addition, a second bumper prize—Acer Aspire Lite 14 laptop—has been introduced specifically for college students. This move aims to increase student engagement and give them a fair chance at winning high-end tech.
