What You’ll Do as a Social Media Manager:
- Content Creation & Strategy
You will be responsible for developing, curating, and scheduling engaging content across all of ICT Frame’s social media platforms. Whether it’s creating eye-catching graphics, thought-provoking posts, or short, informative videos, your goal will be to engage our audience with quality content. - Engage with the Community
Our followers are at the heart of what we do, and part of your role will be to build relationships with them. You’ll respond to comments and messages, participate in online conversations, and ensure our community feels heard and valued. - Analytics and Reporting
You’ll track key performance indicators such as follower growth, post engagement, and video views. By providing monthly performance reports, you’ll offer insights and suggest improvements to make sure our content is optimized for success. - Collaboration and Campaigns
Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful social media campaigns. Your input will help ensure our events, workshops, and articles reach as many people as possible through strategic social media marketing. - Stay Updated on Trends
The social media landscape changes rapidly, and we expect you to stay on top of the latest trends. Whether it’s a new feature on Instagram or a shift in content formats, you’ll adapt our strategies to reflect industry changes.
Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Skills in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or others.
- Basic graphic design knowledge using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Video editing experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for technology.
