Transaction Limits:

- Mobile App: The pertransaction limit is NPR 200,000, with a daily limit of NPR 300,000 and a monthly limit of NPR 2,000,000.
- Web Browser: The web banking platform offers significantly higher limits, with a maximum pertransaction limit of NPR 2,000,000, a daily limit of NPR 2,000,000, and a monthly limit of NPR 5,000,000.
2. KSBBL Debit Cards: Secure and Versatile Payments
Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank offers two types of debit cards to cater to different customer needs: the KSBBL UPI Debit Card and the KSBBL Visa Debit Card. Both cards are equipped with advanced security features and are widely accepted.
KSBBL UPI Debit Card
This card is a product of KSBBL’s partnership with the UnionPay network. It is an EMV chipbased card with a 4year validity, ensuring secure transactions.
- Key Features: It supports contactless payments and can be used at all SCT ATMs and POS terminals in both Nepal and India.
- Fees & Charges: The card is free for the first year, with an annual fee of NPR 750 from the second year onwards. A reissuance fee of NPR 250 and a PIN regeneration fee of NPR 100 apply.
- Transaction Limits (ATM & POS): The limits are welldefined for both countries. In Nepal, the daily ATM withdrawal limit is NPR 100,000, with a monthly limit of NPR 400,000. For POS transactions, the daily limit is NPR 300,000 and the monthly limit is NPR 600,000. In India, the daily ATM withdrawal limit is INR 10,000, and the POS limit is INR 100,000.
KSBBL Visa Debit Card
This card operates on the globally recognized Visa network. It offers similar security and convenience features as the UPI card, but with a 5year validity.
- Key Features: It is also EMV chipenabled and supports contactless payments. It is accepted at all VISA ATMs and POS terminals in Nepal and India.
- Fees & Charges: This card is also free for the first year, with an annual fee of NPR 1,400 from the second year. The reissuance and PIN regeneration fees are also applicable.
- Transaction Limits: The transaction limits for the Visa card are identical to the UPI card. However, it also includes a specific TaptoPay POS limit of NPR 2,000 per transaction.
3. Smart Teller & QR Scan and Pay
KSBBL has integrated advanced services to provide a truly paperless and cardfree banking experience.
- Smart Teller: This innovative service allows customers to withdraw cash securely from the bank’s branches using a QR code generated by the KS iMobile app, eliminating the need for a debit card or cheque. The service has a daily withdrawal limit of NPR 200,000.
- QR Scan and Pay: KSBBL is a leader in promoting QRbased payments, supporting both Fonepay and WeChatUnionPay.
