On 29th October 2016, K_Space Exhibition is going to be held at Karkhana, Gyaneshwor Chowk, Kathmandu, Nepal from 10 am to 12 pm so make your presence at the right time. It is one of the best opportunities for you as well to know about their space-themed projects like sensing space, DIY antennas and amateur rocketry, etc.
Not only this, you can even do an interaction with the educators, programmers, hackers, scientists, tinkerers and artists from all over the world since it is the platform for interdisciplinary collaboration between creative professionals and technologists so come with your family members and know about the original work done by the professionals.
Karkhana is a space program concept focused on satellites and space exploration to do real visualizing tasks through design. So the primary objective of this K_Space is to create a DIY Space exploration-focusing on open curriculum covering a range of subjects across maths, science, technology, engineering, and creative arts that schools across south and Southeast Asia can implement. Furthermore, this workshop is supported by the Danish Center of Culture and Development (CKU), the open and Collaborative Science in Development Network (OCSDNet), and the center for social development studies, Chulalongkorn University.
