The award was presented to Dugar on 22nd September 2024 during a ceremony held in Mumbai, India. The event was presided over by the Hon’ble Speaker of the Parliament of India, Mr. Om Birla, and attended by distinguished guests, including Chief Justice Dhananjaya Chandrachud and other notable figures.
