KMC Launches Mobile Game Development Training Program to Drive Employment Opportunities

Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has initiated a training program focused on mobile game development to address growing employment challenges.

Under the ‘Employment and Income Increase, Kathmandu Prosperity’ program, KMC aims to equip youth with skills essential for the booming mobile game industry.

Interested individuals are encouraged to apply for the training, which will initially accommodate 20 participants as a pilot project, with plans to expand based on its impact on employment.

Coordinator Dilchandra Pandey highlighted the significance of such training in meeting the demand for mobile game developers and fostering job creation.

With 35 training sessions planned under the program, including software-related courses, KMC aims to empower individuals and contribute to the economic growth of Kathmandu
