KU HackFest 2021 is an international digital hackathon. It is organized by Kathmandu University Computer Club (KUCC). This HackFest will be 48 hours long in which over 300 students will take part. It is Nepal’s First Digital Major League Hacking (MLH) Member Event. The main aim of this international hackathon is to bring together innovative minds and tech enthusiasts from all over the world.

The participants can work on the following tracks in this hackathon.

- Open Innovation
Data and Venue
KU HackFest 2021 is scheduled for 19-21 February. This fest will be conducted online. The interested participants should submit their application by 3rd February.
Eligibility to participate
The students of the 16+ age group can take part in this hackfest. High school students, undergraduate students, or graduate students can participate too. You can come in a team or individually. If you are participating with a team then you should have 2-4 members. For the individuals, there will be a team forming session. There you will be joined by teams from around the world.
The fee to take part
This hackathon is a free event conducted by KU. Students from all over the world can take part in.
Prizes
KUCC has arranged attractive prizes for this hackathon. The prizes include goodies, swags, certificates, cash prizes, API gifts, and many more. The detailed information about the prizes has not been announced yet.
