Laminar Expands Retail Footprint in Bhaktapur with Two New Luxury Showrooms

Laminar, Nepal’s fastest-growing fully vitrified tile brand, has expanded its retail presence in the Kathmandu Valley with the opening of two new luxurious showrooms in the Sano Thimi and Bidyeshwori Planning area through channel partners Siyaram Group and Panchadewal Suppliers, respectively.

Along with full-body tiles, Laminar also offers surfaces with PEI 5 abrasion resistance, Mohs hardness of 9, R10 slip resistance, and High-Gloss value for different uses.

In particular demand is Laminar’s High-Gloss surface, which has a gloss value of over 104 gloss units, the highest in Nepal. Inspired by natural marble and designed in Italy, Laminar’s High-Gloss tiles have a mirror-like finish and enhanced color depth; ideal for luxury villas, hotels, bars, and high-end residential use.

Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. Harish Jajodia Agrawal, Director of Siyaram Group, said Laminar has established itself as a leading brand in the market through its technology and consistent design quality.

He added that the new showroom would allow homeowners, architects, and developers to experience all surfaces and designs that Laminar had to offer.

Mr. Upendra Shahi, Director of Panchadewal Suppliers, said the brand’s marble-inspired surfaces and impervious technology made it the most-preferred option for luxury interiors, adding that customers were increasingly seeking surfaces combining design sophistication with long-term durability.

Mr. Abhinav Churiwal, Director of Laminar, who inaugurated the showrooms, said the company aims to deliver globally competitive engineered surfaces manufactured in Nepal.

Produced at its high-capacity facility in Bardiya using Italian glaze and Spanish digital ink technologies, the brand is a leader in Nepal’s growing domestic tile industry.
