Life Computer Contest Winner 2025: Prasoon Bhatt Tops Nepalese Web Design

Prasoon Bhatt, a student at Ideal Model School, Jawalakhel, has secured the top position in the Life Computer Website Competition Season 7. The contest was held at the national level and included participants from across Nepal.

Life Computer Contest Winner 2025

The competition featured 981 websites created by students from different schools. After careful evaluation, judges shortlisted the top 20 websites. From these, they selected the best 10, and finally, the top 3.

Among them, Prasoon stood out with the best presentation, clean code, user-friendly design, and strong technical skills. These qualities helped him win the national title.

Other Winners Recognized

Sushil Khadka from Adarsha Saula Yuva Secondary School, Lalitpur, earned second place. Adesh Bhandari from Sundari Secondary School, Dhading, secured third place.

Prasoon received a laptop worth NPR 100,000 as the grand prize. Sushil won gifts worth NPR 50,000, and Adesh received gifts worth NPR 30,000.

Grand Finale In Kathmandu

The final evaluation and award ceremony took place at Rastriya Nach Ghar, Jamal, Kathmandu. The event was grand and well-organized.

Kulman Ghising, former Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority, attended as the chief guest. In his speech, he praised the event’s role in encouraging students toward creativity and technology. He said such platforms help students develop passion and consider technology as a serious career option.

Encouragement From Experts

Prof. Dr. Subarna Shakya, Director at the Tribhuvan University ICT Center, also spoke at the event. He appreciated the competition for building confidence and motivation among students.

Chiranjibi Adhikari, Senior Vice President of the Computer Association of Nepal, expressed his amazement. He shared that he was impressed to see school students showing such talent in web development at a young age.

Prakash Babu Thapa, Regional Director of Universal Peace Foundation South Asia, also praised the students. He highlighted the creative energy and technical skills of participants. According to him, the competition displayed how capable and innovative today’s students are.

Organized With A Vision

The event was designed and led by Ramesh Pokharel, CEO of Life Computer. He shared that the main goal was to help students build digital skills through hands-on experience.

Laxmi Khatri, Managing Director of Life Computer, served as the event coordinator. She expressed satisfaction with the dedication shown by students from various districts. She said the effort and enthusiasm from participants made the program a true success.

Honoring Team Spirit

Besides individual winners, the event also honored Krishna Dhungel as the Best Team Member of the Year. This recognition highlighted the value of teamwork and contribution behind the scenes.

A Celebration Of Talent And Culture

The program wasn’t only about technology. Students also performed cultural dances and musical acts, bringing a joyful and creative atmosphere to the stage.

The event saw the presence of school principals, teachers, students, parents, and members of several tech organizations. All attendees received a token of love as a gesture of appreciation.

The Life Computer Website Competition continues to grow each year. It plays a vital role in identifying future leaders in Nepal’s tech sector. By engaging young students in practical challenges, it encourages them to think innovatively and improve their digital competence.
