The lock-in period for Sanima Reliance Life Insurance’s founder shares and employee shares concluded on August 13, 2024.

This significant milestone allows these shares to be eligible for trading in the secondary market, thereby increasing liquidity and trading opportunities for shareholders.

A total of 14.3 million shares are now subject to trading, including 10.4 million shares held by the founders and 300,000 shares allocated to employees.
