Nepal’s largest national tech festival, Locus 2025, concluded successfully at Pulchowk Campus, Institute of Engineering, on Magh 11, 12, and 13. The event saw an impressive turnout of around 30,000 visitors over three days, highlighting Nepal’s growing interest in technological advancements.

80+ Innovative Projects on Display

The exhibition featured over 80 stalls, presenting cutting-edge projects in hardware, software, and electrical engineering. Participants from across Nepal showcased their innovations, aiming to push the boundaries of technology and research.

Robotics Competitions Steal the Show

The event featured a series of robotics competitions, drawing significant attention from tech enthusiasts. Some of the major highlights included:

Robo Pop – Robots performed specific programmed tasks.

Robo Warz – An intense battle between custom-built combat robots.

Robo Soccer – Autonomous robots competing in a soccer match.

Dronacharya (Drone Competition) – A challenge testing drone agility and precision.

These competitions highlighted Nepal’s growing expertise in robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence.
