LOCUS is a non-profit organization established in 2003, driven by undergraduate Electrical, Electronics, and Computer Engineering students of IOE, Pulchowk Campus. This umbrella organization provides a crucial platform for young innovators from schools and colleges across Nepal to showcase their talents and knowledge.
