Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank: 31st Anniversary, 20-Year Employee Honorees, Toastmasters Club Launch

On the occasion of Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank’s 31st anniversary, employees who have served for 20 years were honored in a special program.

A total of 26 employees, who have continuously contributed with honesty, dedication, responsibility, and professionalism for 20 years to the bank’s stability, growth, and excellence, were recognized in a special event held in Kathmandu.
These employees, serving at various branch offices and the central office, were honored by the bank’s Chairman, members of the Board of Directors, and the Chief Executive Officer. The event was attended by board members, senior officials of the bank, department heads, provincial chiefs, branch managers from the Kathmandu Valley, and other staff members.
It is believed that the knowledge, skills, experience, and guidance of the honored employees will further strengthen the bank.
Additionally, the program marked the formal inauguration of the Mahalaxmi Toastmasters Club. This club, recognized by Toastmasters International, was formed to help the bank’s employees develop leadership skills, public speaking, confidence, and communication abilities. Mahalaxmi Development Bank became the first development bank to officially launch a Toastmasters club among development banks.
Throughout the month of Jestha, the bank completed all the pre-planned programs to celebrate its 21st anniversary. On this occasion, the bank also reaffirmed its commitment to providing customers with more advanced, secure, and convenient banking services in the coming days.
