In recent months, the Department of Commerce has intensified market monitoring and enforcement of MRP labelling requirements, leading to operational uncertainties for ICT hardware businesses. Importers, resellers, and retailers have raised concerns about practical challenges in meeting the requirements while maintaining smooth supply chain operations.
