National ICT Award 2019 was conducted on the occasion of National ICT Day of Nepal, and awards in various departments of IT were distributed on 2nd May, National Information and Communication Technology day. In the program organized in Kathmandu, under the National ICT Innovation Award 2019, among the nominees Sparrow Pay Pvt Ltd, Cell App Pvt Ltd, Paila Tech Pvt Ltd, the award was won by Paila Tech Private Limited.
Similarly, among the Inland Revenue Department, Nepal Police, and Nepal Army, Nepal Police managed to bag an award in the National ICT Award, Public Sector 2019.
Under the National ICT Award, Private Sector 2019, among Subisu Cable Net, World Link, Huawei Technology Nepal, World Link won the award.
Similarly, among Gajendra Sharma, Kusum Lama and Er. Suresh Kumar Karna, the National ICT Excellence Award, was won by Er. Suresh Kumar Karna.
Communications and Information Technology Minister Gokul Baskota distributed prizes to all the award winners along with Rupees 50 thousand cash-prize.
