Muktinath Bikas Bank has started a new service that allows students going abroad for higher education to pay visa and educational fees directly through the bank.
Muktinath Pay Study Abroad Fees
This service was initiated following an agreement between Muktinath Bikas Bank and Expert Education and Visa Services Pvt. Ltd., Maharajganj.
Under this service, Nepali students planning to study abroad can pay various fees such as visa fees, SAT fees, SEVIS fees, PTE exam fees, application fees, GMAT fees, and other educational expenses through Muktinath Bikas Bank. Currently, the service is available at the bank’s Maharajganj and Kamaladi branches.
To promote digital transactions, the bank has arranged special discounts for cash withdrawals from any Visa Network ATM. Recently, the bank also launched the ‘Muktinath Faida’ mobile app, offering multiple benefits to users, along with an international QR payment service.
Additionally, the bank offers a range of digital banking services, including mobile banking, online loan applications, online account opening, internet banking, and direct remittance deposits into accounts, all accessible without visiting the branch.
According to Chief Information Officer Til Bahadur Gurung, the new payment service simplifies fee transactions for students and supports the bank’s vision of enhancing digital banking. The bank continues to expand digital services to provide convenient banking solutions across Nepal.
