These properties, which are non-banking assets, are located in various districts, including Kathmandu Valley and the Terai and Inner Madhesh regions. Nabil Bank aims to reduce its non-banking assets through this auction.

The bank expects the auction to be completed within 15 days. Interested parties can submit bids during this period. The funds raised from the auction will be used to improve the bank’s financial health and reduce its non-performing assets.

This move is not only strategically important for Nabil Bank but is also expected to positively impact local property markets by increasing property availability.
