NAIMA Mobility Expo 2025 Kicks Off in Kathmandu With 35 New Vehicle Launches

Nepal’s largest auto exhibition, the NAIMA Mobility Expo 2025, officially opens today at Bhrikuti Mandap, Kathmandu. Organized by the Nepal Automobile Importers and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA), this is the first-ever mobility-focused expo in the country.

The event, running from August 6 to 10, 2025 (Shrawan 21 to 25, 2082), promises to redefine Nepal’s automotive landscape with a wide range of new vehicle launches and exciting experiences for enthusiasts.
Inauguration by the Finance Minister
The grand opening is scheduled for 9 AM, with Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel expected to inaugurate the event. The ceremony marks a milestone for Nepal’s automobile industry, highlighting its growing importance in national economic and technological advancement.
50 Auto Brands and 35 New Vehicle Models
According to NAIMA, the expo will feature over 50 automobile brands, including 35 new vehicle unveilings. These include:
15 new four-wheelers
15 new two-wheelers
1 three-wheeler
4 commercial vehicles
While most vehicles have arrived at the venue, organizers confirmed that a few expected models are still en route.

BYD, Citroen, Forthing, Great Wall Motors, Henry Voltas, Hyundai, KEI, Kia, Leapmotor, LS Auto, Mahindra, Maxus, Mazda, MG, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Omoda Jaecoo, Peugeot, Proton, Renault, Toyota, Volkswagen, and Zeekr.
Two-Wheeler Brands:
Ampere, Ather, Bajaj, Benelli, CFMoto, Gogoro, Honda, KTM, Mahindra, NIU, Revolt, Royal Enfield, Segway Ninebot, Suzuki, Triumph, TVS, Ultraviolette, Yezdi, and ZEEHO.
Commercial Vehicle Brands:
Chery Wanda, Dongfeng, Farizon, Hozon, Kama, Kari, King Long, and Sunlong.
Visually Stunning Stalls to Engage Visitors
Exhibitors have focused on delivering visually attractive and artistic stalls. These customized booths aim to captivate visitors with immersive experiences and unique presentations, helping brands stand out in a competitive market.
Tickets and Parking Information
Visitors can purchase entry tickets for Rs. 200. However, students can enjoy a 50% discount upon presenting a valid ID. Tickets are available through Khalti by IME.
For parking: Cars can be parked at the Nepal Police Club.
Motorcycles can be parked within the Bhrikutimandap premises.
