The Nepal Automobile Importers and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA) successfully held its first Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 15, 2025. The landmark event took place at the NAIMA office in Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu.

This AGM was crucial as it formally ratified the organization’s programs, strategic blueprint, and institutional structure for the upcoming year, firmly establishing the NAIMA AGM Mobility Strategy as its guiding principle.

The AGM, chaired by President Ritu Singh Vaidya, underscored the rapid growth and influence of the association. Addressing the assembly, President Vaidya highlighted that in the short period since its inception, NAIMA has managed to position itself as a unified and powerful voice for Nepal’s entire mobility sector.
She stressed the importance of institutional strengthening, which has been a primary focus over the last nine months. This foundational work culminated in the successful organization of the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2025.

Dulal committed to effective operational plans and transparent financial management to achieve the long-term goals of the association. The members actively engaged with the presented data, emphasizing the need for robust institutional practices to support the sector’s expansion.
